We bring together everything a serious convening asks for the programme and the content, the diplomacy and the protocol, the logistics and the production held by one team, from the first conversation to the last delegate leaving. More than 330 convenings across twelve countries are the reason institutions return to us.
What we do
A professional conference organiser designs and runs a major convening in full — the programme and the speakers, the delegate experience, the diplomacy and protocol, and the technical production. The work is as much about the substance of the conversation as the staging of it. Accreditation by IAPCO and ICCA marks the global standard for the profession, and few organisers in Africa hold both.
Accreditation
IAPCO, the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers, and ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, set the global benchmarks for the profession. Membership of both places Cube among a small group of organisers on the continent working to that standard.
Footprint
We have delivered convenings in twelve countries: Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, Zambia, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Tanzania across Africa, and the UAE, Qatar, and Russia beyond it. Our home is Kigali — increasingly, one of the continent's gathering places.
