Cube Events is an event management and attendee engagement app that provides access to event programs, schedules, speakers, announcements, and in-app communication for registered users.
The app may collect email addresses, user profile information, account identifiers, and in-app messages. This data is collected only to provide core app functionality, including login, personalization, and communication between attendees.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Cube Events does not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
Users can request deletion of their Cube Events account and associated data by emailing: events@cubeafricagroup.com Subject: Cube Events – Account Deletion Request Please include the email address used to register in the app.

After verification, we delete the user account, email address, profile information, and in-app messages. Some data may be retained for legal or administrative purposes for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
